Tiered annual pricing based on the number of evaluated staff at your school. No per-seat math, no surprise overages.

Multi-school district discount
Each school subscribes individually. When two or more schools from the same district sign up, a 10% discount applies automatically to every school in that district. District admins also get consolidated billing and cross-school analytics.
What counts as "evaluated staff"?
Any active staff member who has at least one observation assigned during the billing year. Staff on leave, contract workers without observations, and observers who aren't themselves being evaluated don't count. Mid-year growth is trued-up at renewal — no surprise re-bills if you hire.
